Legislation on admission to Austrian universities discriminates on grounds of nationality

Luxembourg, 08/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has issued a ruling finding Austria guilty of passing discriminatory legislation against students who obtained their second diploma in another Member State and wishing to continue to higher education in Austria, explains a Court of Justice press release.
