Brussels, 08/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The world's 8 most industrialised nations, united in their condemnation of terrorism, ended their G8 Summit in Gleneagles (Scotland) on Friday with an agreement to double aid to Africa - a more ambitious target than the vague commitment by the G8 to take urgent action against climate change without any specific targets and without any more than a symbolic reference to the Kyoto Protocol.
