Luxembourg, 01/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Court of First Instance of the EU has refused a Portuguese company, a creditor of Guinea-Bissau, the right to seize the Court of Justice on sums owed by the European community to Guinea-Bissau in return for fishing quotas.
