Council gives green light for adoption of “improved” action plan on 21 February

Brussels, 01/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Monday's “External Relations'” Council gave the green light to ten proposals formulated by the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana and the Commissioner for external relations, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, which aim to improve the draft action plan for neighbourhood policy with the Ukraine (EUROPE 26 January p 7).
