Strasbourg, 01/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - As part of preparations for the third Summit of the Council of Europe, to be held in Warsaw on 16 and 17 May, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which has 46 Member States, has adopted the lengthy recommendation- no fewer than ten pages- contained in the report by the Russian Konstantin Kosachev (group of European Democrats).
