Troika talks focus on Cooperation with ICTY and Kosovo

Brussels, 01/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The EU Troika, which met the Foreign Minister of Serbia-Montenegro, Vuc Draskovic, on Tuesday, noted that Belgrade “unfortunately” still does not meet its obligation to fully help the International Criminal Tribunal of former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to judge war crimes, Jean Asselborn, Council President, told the press. “Cooperation with The Hague is still not 100%.
