01/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Institut des hautes études européennes (IHEE) of Strasbourg has made a list of works using as a framework the cycle of conferences arranged in 2003 for its fiftieth anniversary. On it are texts by Florence Benoît Rohmer, president of the Robert Schuman University, on protocol 14 to the European Convention on Human Rights, by Professor Vlad Constantinesco on the draft European Constitution, and by General Pierre Forterre on the prospects of Defence Europe....
