Brussels, 01/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - In an interview published on 29 January in Le Monde, Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs recalls that the progress made in liberalising the internal market for gas and electricity is one of the priorities of the Barroso Commission's energy policy.
