Brussels, 01/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The High Representative of the EU for CFSP, Javier Solana, signed an agreement on Tuesday with the Moroccan ambassador Menouar Alem on Moroccan involvement in the EU's ALTHEA operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
