Regulation on monitoring of EU/third country trade in drug precursors published

Brussels, 28/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - Regulation (EC) 111/2005, which was adopted at the Competitiveness Council of November 2004 (EUROPE of 26 November), updates the rules governing the imports and exports of chemical substances used to produce certain kinds of drugs, both illegal and legal ones. Published in the Official Journal L22 of 26 January 2005, it will be applicable as of 18 August 2005. The new legislation updates regulation (EC) 3677/90. It provides for a happy medium between...
