28/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg Foreign Affairs representative, Nicolas Schmit, welcomed to Luxembourg on 28 January Teresita Quintos-Delès, adviser to the president of the Philippines (replacing the Foreign Affairs Minister, Alberto Romulo, who was indisposed). The interview focused mainly on EU/Philippines relations and on the Luxembourg presidency's priorities in terms of external relations, according to a press release.
