28/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - CDU MEP Werner Langen has described in a press release the reaction to the announcement by European Competition Commissioner, Neelie Kroes, that she was planning to tighten up EU state aid rules as a 'storm in a teacup' (see Europe of 27 January, p.13).
