Javier Solana to visit Madrid ahead of referendum

Brussels, 28/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the CFSP, will visit Madrid on Thursday and Friday to participate in different meetings and events on the European Constitution, which are being organised in preparation of the Spanish referendum on the Constitution on 20 February. On Thursday, the former Spanish foreign minister will participate in the debate 'Los jueves de la Constitucion europea' organised by the Association of European Journalists. On...
