Brussels, 28/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Council and the European Commission's work programmes for 2005, together with the next financial perspectives (2007-20013), will be central to the General Affairs Council to be held on Monday under the presidency of Luxembourg Foreign Affairs Minister Jean Asselborn.
