Green light to Airbus-Sita joint venture

Brussels, 28/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised plans to create a joint company between the French aeronautical construction company Airbus and the Dutch group SITA, which provides information and communication applications and infrastructures to the air transport sector.
