Luxembourg, 28/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The action President of the Justice and Home Affairs Council, Luc Frieden, told the JHA Council on Luxembourg on Friday that he would do his utmost to try to convince his counterparts to agree, during the Luxembourg Presidency, on a framework decision on fighting racism and xenophobia.
