French magistrate calls for damages with interest from Court of Justice over post of lecteur d'arrêt

Luxembourg, 14/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - A magistrate in the administrative court of appeal of Marseilles, André Bonnet, has taken action against the Court of Justice for failing to appoint him to a post of lecteur d'arrêt in the cabinet of the President of the Court, Vassilios Skouris, despite his claims that he was originally selected for the position.

André Bonnet is claiming 100,000 EUR from the Court for sentimental loss, and 5,000 EUR a month until such time as he is able to take...
