EP calls on China to commute Lama Tenzin Delek Rinpoche's death penalty and respect minority rights

Strasbourg, 14/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - By 99 to 2 and 7 abstentions on Thursday, the European Parliament endorsed a new resolution on Tibet tabled by 6 political groups, all bar Independence and Democracy.
