14/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The recommendation of 28 December 2004 on the European firearms pass, which adds to recommendation 96/129/EC, was published in the Official Journal L9 of 12 January 2005. This recommendation aims to adapt the model of the European pass which governs the acquisition and keeping of arms, due to the accession of ten new Member States of the EU.
