14/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - At its meeting on Thursday, the European Central Bank's governing council decided to appoint Coop Himmelblau to manage construction of the ECB's new headquarters. An ECB press release points out that the planned architecture of the site best matches the ECB's techncial and operational specificiations. The decision makes the same choice as an itnenational jury of experts in February 2004, which awarded first prize in its architecture and town and country planning...
