Brussels, 14/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice has just ruled against Belgium because its overly restrictive rules on the reimbursement of wheelchairs by social security are an impediment to the free movement of goods as it prevents equipment manufactured in other Member States from being freely marketed in Belgium.
