OECD says that better complaint-handling would increase customer satisfaction

Brussels, 29/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Insurance Committee of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has published a guide to best practice in which it calls upon insurance companies to improve the way they deal with complaints from their customers.
