Brussels, 29/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission adopted a proposal providing for reductions of up to 80% of fishing possibilities for so-called "deep-water" species to be granted to Community vessels for 2005 and 2006. These species are caught mainly in the waters of the North East Atlantic.
