Europeans and Russians stress negotiation on visas and re-entry will take time

Luxembourg, 27/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday evening, Europeans and Russians at the ministerial Troika devoted to justice and home affairs welcomed the fact that negotiation had begun on visa facilitation and the readmission of illegal migrants, although it stressed that negotiation would take time.
