Strasbourg, 27/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Giving a concise presentation on Tuesday to the European Parliament on the European Council programme for 4 and 5 November in Brussels, Council President Atzo Nicolaï noted the JHA Council's "broad support" for the "The Hague Programme", which, building on the Tampere acquis, sketches out the road to be followed over the next five years (yesterday's EUROPE, p.10).
