27/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council adopted brief conclusions on implementation of the framework decisions on terrorism, the fight against forgery of the euro and the fight against counterfeiting of payment means other than cash. Unlike the reports by the European Commission on these same texts, those of the Council do not name the countries lagging behind. The Council simply calls on those dragging their feet to adopt the necessary legislation. New reports are foreseen for June 2005.
