Brussels, 27/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has presented a proposal for a new VAT regulation aimed at clarifying the interpretation of existing provisions. The text above all clarifies the notions of electronic service provision, the place where services are rendered, goods delivery and the amount to be taken into consideration as a basis for imposing VAT.
