Reduction of black halibut in international waters of north west Atlantic

Brussels, 11/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 7 October a proposal on setting up a rebuilding plan for plan for black halibut in the international waters of the north west Atlantic was adopted. This proposals in needed for transposing into Community law the decision taken in September 2003 by members of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO).
