11/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - According to an IFOP poll published in the Journal du Dimanche on 10 October, most French people (53%) have not decided yet whether to vote for or against in the referendum on the European Constitution. Only 18% say they are likely to vote yes, with 15% saying they are likely to vote no. 9% say they will abstain.
