15/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted a regulation by qualified majority voting establishing anti-dumping duty on imports of terephtalate polyethylene from Australia and China. The regulation also concludes the anti-dumping proceedings launched against terephtalate polyethylene imports from Pakistan, releasing the imports registered under the provisional anti-dumping duty.
