GENERAL NEWS / (eu) eu/anti-dumping measures

15/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 13 September, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted a regulation amending Regulation 964/2003 establishing an anti-dumping duty on imports of certain pipe accessories from Thailand and other countries. The new regulation reduces the levy set last year in the light of a reduction in the level of dumping recorded by the Commission.
