Commissioner Bolkestein reassures Malcolm Harbour on possible pedestrian safety impact of liberalisation of spare parts market

Strasbourg, 15/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Only one MEP put a question to the European Commission on Tuesday night in Strasbourg after the presentation of the recently adopted proposal to liberalise the market for visible spare parts for cars (see EUROPE of yesterday, p. 10).
