15/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted clearance to a proposed joint venture between Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. (Rabobank, Netherlands) and Belgian financial services group KBC Bank N.V. The joint venture will be responsible for the back-office securities services of its parent companies and third parties and will be based in Eindhoven. The operation was reviewed under a simplified procedure.
