Brussels, 23/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday (26 July) an extraordinary meeting of the General Affairs and External Relations Council will be held in Brussels. The main items on the agenda of the meetings chaired by Dutch Foreign Minister Bernard Bot will include talks at the WTO on the eve of the decisive WTO General Council meeting in Geneva (this, moreover, is why the extraordinary meeting was convened on 12 July), as well as the next EU financial perspectives (2007-2013).
