23/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the acquisition by the American group Platinum Equity LLC of the German company Dystar Textilfarben GmbH, which manufactures and distributes textile dyes. The operation, which was notified on 18 June, was examined under the simplified procedure.
