Brussels, 23/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Reacting to the nomination of former Labour minister Peter Mandelson (close to Tony Blair) as British Commissioner, Liberal Democrat MEP Andrew Duff said on Friday: 'I know Peter Mandelson has a strong European vocation.
