23/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Joint action establishing the European Defence Agency, formally adopted early July by the Council, was published in the Official Journal L245 of 17 July. We recall that this joint action defines the modalities for implementing the Agency to allow it to be operational by the end of the year (EUROPE of 16 June).
