Brussels, 16/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - During his visit to Estonia on Tuesday 13 July, the European Commissioner in charge of Research, Philippe Busquin, underlined the opportunities opening up for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of eastern Europe as a result of the EU's sixth framework programme for research.
