The Anglo-Dutch group REED ELSEVIER has announced the acquisition, via its LEXISNEXIS subsidiary, of the American group SEISINT (turnover of 115 million dollars forecast for 2004), which is a specialist in IT solutions in risk management, for 775 million dollars.
