13/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Representatives from the 25 reached an agreement on Thursday to unravel the negotiations with Switzerland. France, the Netherlands and Denmark will have to consult their governments. An EU/Switzerland summit on 19 May is expected to confirm the agreement, which will allow the Council to decide in June on the entry into force of the directive on savings tax for 1 January 2005.
