Brussels, 13/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU and Mercosur still plan to present their improved offers of liberalisation on 19 May and to reach an agreement by the end of the year, it was confirmed by the president of the Mercosur Committee of Permanent Representatives, Eduardo Duhalde, after his meeting with European Commission President Romano Prodi.
