Brussels, 13/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Poul Nielson, the European Commissioner for Development, and Gérard Latortue, the interim Prime Minister of Haiti, discussed prospects for the restoration of democracy and the rule of law in the country, and co-operation between Haiti and the EU.
