Inquiry in eight Member States on including Intel in calls for tenders

Brussels, 21/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission confirmed that it is carrying out an investigation in eight Member States on the awarding of public procurement contracts that is said to have placed the electronic microchip manufacturer, Intel, at an advantage.
