Strasbourg, 21/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner said plainly that he felt "cheated" by the Greek Cypriot government, when saying on Wednesday before the European Parliament that he had little hope off seeing the southern part of the island approve the reunification plan for Cyprus during the referendum on 24 April.
