National parliament involvement is essential element for subsidiarity, Wallis report says, after adoption by EP

Brussels, 27/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption on Thursday of the report by British Liberal Diana Wallis, the European Parliament urges for greater national parliament involvement in the European legislative process.
