The Danish group GROUP 4 FALCK has bought up the British security company, SECURICOR. It will merge its "security" division with SECURICOR within a new entity called GROUP 4 SECURICOR. The latter will employ 340,000 in 108 countries with a turnover of EUR 5.6 billion and will be held at 57.5% by the current shareholders of GROUP FALCK 4.
