The Swedish-Swiss group ABB has sold ABB TECHNIQUES DU BATIMENT (turnover around $207 million in 2003 with 1,600 employed), its building technique activities, to the Swiss investment company CAPVIS. It will, however, keep a 10% share in its subsidiary.
