27/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Foundation for Solidarity is to hold a series of round tables on sustainable housing in Brussels from 26 February to 7 March, attended by the Belgian Minister for Public Health and the Environment, Freya Van Den Bossche, and representatives of the European Commission and related sectors. On 2 March the ecological and sanitary dimensions of housing will be discussed, as will access to housing to people with limited mobility; on 3 March, best practice in sustainable housing and the use of renewable energy; on 5 March, public-private partnership in council housing.
