18/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for economic affairs, Pedro Solbes, informed BFM French radio that the Commission in January 2004 would "probably" have a debate on the possible opportunity of making an appeal to the Court of Justice in the EU against the suspension by the Ecofin Council of the excessive budget procedures against Germany and France. The Commission still does not have the final documents from its legal service on this affair, he indicated
