Brussels, 09/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - Tuesday the External Relations Council adopted conclusions on Iran in which it welcomed the recent commitments made by Tehran to the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) while calling on the country to implement them and make more efforts in the area of human rights.
